CORONA EMERGENCY CANCELLATION
If you cancel a reservation at Hamilton Hall, due to the current Corona Pandemic,- up to 72 hours before your visit date - we will keep your booking to be changed to another date in the future or offer
a 50% refund.
If Hamilton Hall cancels a reservation we offer
a 100% refund.

If we are put into 'lock down' - as millions of people have been around the world, and you cannot leave Hamilton Hall and we are all in quarantene here, we will charge £250 a week for all food & board etc. as food and electricity costs money and we are not a charity and offer this vastly reduced price to enable you to enjoy some semblance of comfort and this offers us financial assistance to stay open - even if in 'lock down' and supporting you / us through this period. This is more than a 50% reduction on our usual tariff. If this is still unaffordable, we will sort something out to help as we are human after all.
Thousands of small business could / will be forced to close down and people made unemployed. Tens of thousands left jobless and many livlihoods financially destroyed. To protect Hamilton Hall, we are open until we are told otherwise and will adhere to World Health Orgainsation ( WHO ) and our own NHS / government / council guidelines throughout.
